Bismillah... This is my manifesto and i have realised them before i leave it. 1. IMPROVE FACILITY - in collaboration with SRC Asyraf Salleh, we had succeed on requesting a new photocopy shop as the old one is not enough for students. Thus, silverseeds photocopy has been operated as well nearby PLA. In WELFARE, we had RND unit who will make report if there is any defect on facilities.By RND team, we managed to submit 3 compilations of defects on facilities to GO, daya bersih and SRC respectively. But, the response from maintenance will depend on the defect. Latest, the report of dangerous ceiling in cafe had already got a feedback. Meanwhile, the ceiling in class problem is still waiting its progress. 2. MEDIUM TO LINK BETWEEN IIUM FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND KENMS STUDENTS. I) We had a Public Relation unit that will manage on spreading info. One of our method is using page Welfare Secretariat EMSS. ii) We also had organised FRIEND BE CONCERNED project that will search for students who are in need. Alhamdulillah, by now, we manage to find 43 students. This project also get support from lecturers n alumni to help them. Besides, we are also attach or inform them for any financial assistance through email. iii) For those who lost their parents, PR unit will approach and meet them to give Khairat form. 3. UPDATE FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS THROUGH INTERNATIONAL SECRETARIAT. SubhanaAllah, international secretariat, brother Mohammed Idris really helped us by giving data of international students. Most of their problems are in financial sources and studies. Thus, we included them in Friend Be Concerned (FBC) to get financial assistance. For difficulty in studies, international secretariat had managed conducting the first step to take action for academic briefing. Besides, councils also had played their roles to organize academic briefing. 4. Apart of that, we also have fund unit who will manage on donation for KENMS students. Moreover, via this unit, we have Welfare With Friend (WWF) project for helping any students in FBC by preparing them chips for to be sold. So that, they will earn the profit.
