Bitterly cold temperatures hang out in the Tri-States tonight with increasing clouds and a chance of snow flurries. Maybe a little light snow in far northeast viewing areas is possible. Low temps will be in the single digits. Morning clouds give way to decreasing clouds by Wednesday afternoon with some sun and highs warming into the 20s! I drove home from work here at the station last night after the 10 PM KHQA News in some of the worst wind and snow I can recall. White out conditions!
