Bizarre behaviour #2 A 36 year old Darwin male has been charged with a string of offences after a series of incident in the Casuarina area in the early hours of yesterday morning. It all started about 2.00am when he rode his pushbike through the drive through of a popular take away restaurant at Casuarina Square. He was refused service. This enraged him. As it would. When the manager came out to move him on the 37 year old punched the manager numerous times to the head. He left dropping his mobile phone at the scene. As Police were following this up they were called to a disturbance at a nearby hostel. There they apprehended the 36 year old. Not without incident however. Three police officers were assaulted – pushed to the ground and head butted. They recovered and secured him. He will appear in court this morning on numerous charges of assault, resist police and disorderly behaviour. All because he did not get his hamburger. Some would suggest that now he has.
