Bloody hell ! Thats the school asking for more money again ! This time for a christmas party. Not only are we the parents expected to pay a contribution towards costs for said party but they also ask that your child brings a small amount of pre - packaged party food to share with their classmates !?!?!. The party is from 9:15 - 11 am so Im guessing the contribution must be going towards the hiring of an event planner, the decorating of the hall, a catering company (no wait a minute the parents have to supply the food), entertaining the kids (no wait a minute thats what the teachers and classroom assistants are paid to do), maybe its to pay for Santa ? Now its only £1.50 per child, multiply that by approximately 30 children times 3 classes balances out at say £100 give or take class sizes...now tell me what the contribution is going towards if the parents of the children have to supply the food ?????? Cause music in the hall and party games dont cost anything the last time I checked ????
