Bobbies Last Update: Thank you to all that have been following, supporting, and sharing Bobbies story. *We ask that you share Bobbies last update in his memory* Every dog we rescue has their own story. In the case of many we do not really know their struggles and hardships as they endure them prior to meeting us. We like to think that no matter what they went through their happy ending will make up for their not so great past. Unfortunately not every dog gets to experience their happy ending. With a very heavy heart we tell you that Bobbie passed away in his sleep the night of July 11th. His liver had shut down, and his immune system was just too weak to carry Bobbie any further. We were able to run a few test on Bobbie which showed his liver was not functioning properly. From the results of the test that were run Bobbie most likely suffered from a condition call Liver Shunts. It is a condition that he was born with and could be maintained with proper management. However we believe if we were able to run more conclusive test we would have found Bobbie to have some type of genetic neurological issue, as well as a severely compromised immune system. Today make sure you take time to hug, kiss and just tell your pup how much you really love them. After all every dog has a story, but not every dog is lucky enough to have a happy ending like yours. ~R.I.P Bobbie you will be forever missed~
