Bobby has gone fishing,he loves fishing,and having the Ocean all around NZ,Bobby is in his element,he loves it. I am having a nice time home alone,I am going to have a sleep later on :P I like this picture that was taken in Akaroa about a month ago. I have to learn just to pace myself, it is very hard to do when all my life I have been a very active person,all my life I did lots of Sport,Netball,Basketball, Running,Fast walking,which I absolutely loved that, when we lived in KY I did Yoga 3 times weekly,I would walk up to the top of our yard (3 acres) I loved mowing the front lawn,and have always been since a little girl a very active gardener,I was a Mail Lady for 25 years riding a push bike,and yet here I end up with a Fibrillating heart,with scans etc,I am in perfect health,my valves etc are perfect :P Why was my Fibrillating heart not picked up over the years,thinking back I did have the symptoms!!! I could kick myself sometimes for having had a Stroke, that really didnt need to happen, I am getting much stronger now,but I will never be the same as I was before. Of late I have heard of some very young people who have had stokes,wow that really shocks me,and the victims,like me have been very fit people. Be very aware people, listen to your bodies,when the heart fibrillates it can be felt,it might only last for a few minutes,just be aware and listen to your body Jacqui
