Boil egg noodles in water for around 4-5 mts, drain, run through cold water, mix some oil & set aside. In wok, heat oil of your choice, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, black peppercorns, grated ginger-garlic-chillies, add vegetables of your choice for stir fry like carrots, broccoli etc, scramble egg and add, add prawns/shrimps/chicken, add splash of light soy sauce, vinegar, salt to taste, dry roasted sesame seeds, toasted sesame oil. Serve hot. Trick to a good stir fry: prep everything, once wok is hot keep adding, stirring....its super fast, healthy, hit with one & all...
