Daprès les informations associées à la vidéo, ces images auraient été tournées à Picayune, une ville du Mississipi située au nord de La Nouvelle-Orléans (Louisiane), de lautre côté du lac Pontchartrain. Cette région des États-Unis est connue être le théâtre de mystérieuses légendes, associées notamment au culte vaudou. A la lisière dune forêt, on peut y observer un animal famélique au pelage gris, qui semble suivre une piste ou chercher de la nourriture, avant de se figer et dobserver le vidéaste sans manifester la moindre timidité. Difficile didentifier la créature, à la croisée du chien errant, de la hyène, du loup, du coyote ou du lycaon. Certains évoquent au sujet de cet animal la légende de Chupacabra (prononcer Tchoupacabra), une créature légendaire qui, selon les versions, auraient deux aspects : soit un aspect extra-terrestre, soit laspect dun chien errant, caractérisé par une maigreur extrême et un pelage ras.
