* Bontact are growing * Looking for an energetic and driven Online Marketing Manager, responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies and programs to increase customer engagement, retention and conversion rates. The Online Marketer Manager will use a hands-on approach to apply his knowledge of marketing and online experience to create compelling online experiences that engage conversations with prospects and customers, and drive website/campaign/third partys channels conversions, traffic acquisition, metrics and analytics, online promotions, user experience, and technical deliverable for marketing campaigns which contribute to the sales pipeline. Qualifications: •3-7 years of online marketing experience •Proven online marketing, customer acquisition and retention program development experience •Hands on experience with online marketing campaigns, website design/development, inbound and search marketing, experience in implementing and measuring online marketing initiatives •Strong oral and written communication skills •Experience with Google tools, CRM and marketing automation platforms, with preference for Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, etc. •Proficiency with website analytics, SEO/SEM reporting and analytical tools.
