Boodle breakfast for the marathlete! A breakfast request from 2 of my best marathon buddiesRane & banloy who ran long and slow today inspired this eat-all-you-can, boodle-style pinoy pamahaw -- 2 kinds of pudpod chorizo: peppery- garlicky, from 11 degrees and sweet-salty from casa Inno; 2 kinds of crispy dried fish: tiny dilis and baby danggit ; eggs 2 ways: scrambled and salted red. Serving with hefty amounts of garlic fried rice, tomato onion relish, calamansi, sinamak and silverswan soysauce. Our sweet enders, sweet paho and pinoy style flat hotcake. Plus, yummy goodies brought over by our guests! Coffee for the day -- choice of either marios cafe americano or cappuccino. A super recovery meal for the super athletes! Yes, Nina, you may have rice. Alas! for the hosts, having done only 12k today, but a single serving is allowed! Heres to an energetic Sunday for us all!!
