Bookkeeper, Finance Analyst and Controller Staff is in urgent need of a Bookkeeper, Finance Analyst and Controller! It is full time work from home on Pacific Standard Time (PST). You must be able to; a) reconcile bank accounts and all transactions b) reconcile receipts against credit card charges and helping track down any missing receipt c) reconcile charges listed in the front end billing system (finding out from the back-end process what caused discrepancies and hit the bank account) d) process payroll via the online processor twice a month e) process Accounts Payables weekly f) handle occasional student request for receipts, invoices, and questions g) maintain two Quickbook files (personal and business) h) create reports for a weekly finance meeting to review cash flow, expenses and income, review payables and other matters i) sustain the companies budget process and update Quickbooks as necessary j) create budget vs actual reports and other related budget reports on an ongoing basis k) offer analysis and recommendations for improvements on systems, procedures, and processes Skills required: 1. Advanced bookkeeping and controlling (experience with multi-million dollar firm is preferred) 2. Quickbooks Enterprise Edition 2014 3.
