Boots & Hearts I did everything I was supposed to do. I bought my 4-Day GA pass last summer before I even knew the lineup.. I printed and saved by email with my order number. I read all of your PR announcements. I put a calender alert on my computer. I was at my computer before 8 AM, ready to go. I had 4 windows going, trying to get an order in. After 1 hour of trying. SOLD OUT. What could I have done different? I didnt realize that I was entering a LOTTERY. Now what do I do with my 4-Day GA pass? It is no good without camping. You sold me a product last summer but cannot provide me the means to use it. If you mention hotel options.....just dont. I was at the first 2 festivals, put up with the organizational kinks that you...and I...had to experience. But I was coming back for a third year. Why would you sell GA passes without camping passes to go with them? And so soon? The obvious reason - cash flow! Boots & Hearts - what do I do now??
