Boredom strikes and I want to try out my baby Breville that I bought second hand for $ 8 AU. Tipsy apples, I just made it up as I went along, my own recipe.... 5 cored, peeled, chopped apples, strips of lemon rind, 2 Tbs brown sugar, mixed spice and extra cinnamon to taste, and a splash of french brandy. Excited, the SC is getting hot, so it definitely works. Oh, and i put the lid on after I took the photo :-)
