All Men and Women are created as equal Sovereigns,with Inalienable Rights,Freedoms,and Credit. As Private Sovereigns, they are Creditors\ with full commercial Liability. They are outside and above the State. Public:To be “in the public” is to “act” as an “accommodation party” in a “public capacity” in “joinder” to an “artificial person” “legal personality” “corporation” “strawman” created and governed by theState. All Men and women who “re-present” fictional entities are granted limited Privileges and Benefits prescribed in legislation. As Public Servants, they are Debtors with limited commercial Liability. They are inside and under the State. :)
