Their shops locate in prestigious business area. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for a Boutique Manager to join the team. The Job: • Monitor the daily operation and all shop administration & management • Ability to motivate and lead frontline staffs to achieve sales target • Follow all policies, procedures and rules of company guideline • Achieve personal and team development through continuous improvement of technique and knowledge • Develop and maintain client relationships by providing professional service and after-sales-services to client The Candidate: • Higher diploma or above • A minimum of 5 years’ retail experience with at least 3 years’ at management level in fashion/Watch & Jewelry industry, preferably in hi-end or luxury brands • Sales driven and service-oriented • Creative, energetic and passion for Fashion/Watch & Jewelry • Strong leadership and people management skills • Excellent selling, communication and interpersonal skills • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Boutique Manager Please note that only short listed candidates will be notified.
