Brag alert! (But not as you might think.) This is NOT about my daughters physical ability. Its about what came before that ability, and what motivates her to consistently do things like this. Shes only 21, but she has put some very difficult, challenging work into reaching both mental and physical goals, and she has cultivated the vision and the passion to be the best she can be and to influence others. Without getting into the Nature vs. Nurture debate, Ill say that I laid the foundation, but I believe we each must find the voice, the energy, the purpose that resides within, in order to live the lives we want to live. #fitmom #fitfam #proud #findyourpassion
