Tonight I put together a workout the majority of our beginner class was not totally excited about... My style of training is you have to do it all and you must work on your weaknesses.. If we always do whats comfortable we wont bring the change we want.. While it hurts physically and even more mentally, you have to realize this process of breaking yourself down is building your future self.. I want you all to know how proud I am of you.. I understand the pain and I know there are days and some times weeks when you just want to hide... I promise if you stay truly committed you will create the person you want to be.. Every second, every rep, every lap, every round, give it all of yourself... If your wanting results, than there is only one way, all the way.. Never stop, never quit, never again will you allow yourself to be less than the very best you can and were created to be...
