PCMs Huan Cheng Guan sees silver lining in defeat Despite losing his deposit, PCM vice-president Huan Cheng Guan believes his performance in the Bukit Gelugor by-election is good enough claiming he has managed reduce DAPs winning majority. Although he lost his deposit, Huan is also happy to have received 3,583 votes as it is close to double that which he garnered in Batu Kawan, where he contested in the 13th general election.
