Breakfast: two hard boiled eggs. Lunch: taco salad, no shell, with crane asada, and avocado salsa for dressing ( on the recommendation of my friend Alicia Cano) Dinner: grilled chicken (on da Barbie) Veggies, and a small portion of noodles. Walked with girls while they rode. I estimated before I started last week that I was taking in probably 3500-4000 calories a day. I still usually ate 2 times a day, not huge portions but just really (I mean REALLY) bad. Along with plenty of soda and sugary deliciousness!!! I am now trying to stay 1500-2000 a day. Sometimes I dont make it, in my mind I would rather be lower than over. I could be off on this, and am sure to get some great advice and critique on the matter. Thanks everyone for the support it has been great to hear the words of encouragement and ideas!
