Breaking News ************************************** A delegation of Union Government Myanmar consist with Presidential Minister U Soe Thein,Presidential Minister U Tin Naing Thein,Union Immigration Minister Khin Yee,Chief Minister of Arkan General U Mg Mg Ohn,Border Affair Minister of Arkan U Htin Lin and other authorities arrived Thet Key Pyin village,Sittwe ,Arkan and did a meeting with ten camp committees from each idp camp of Sittwe and some local community leaders at 11:00 AM today 2.11.2014 As intro, Union Immigration Minister Khin Yee said, I am a man who is mostly meeting and communicating with Bengali ethnics.We govt has formed committees about our Rakhine Action Plan and my committee is to solve and approve the case of citizenship. We experimentally started whale operation of 1982 law in Myebon idp camp,Arkan in 20 July 2014 and our operation was successful in Myebon. There are 40 people have got full citizenship and 166 people have got neutralized-citizenship according to whale operation of 1982 law. Neutralized-citizenship and citizenship are the same.No difference.The most important is you all to participate with us govt to execute operation of 1982 law. Presidential Minister U Tin Naing Thein said, My committee is development and resettlement.We govt planning development (such as education,livelihood,healthcare etc..) and resettlement. Presidential Minister U Soe Thein said, we govt know how you are suffering here in idp camps and we are planning for your development and resettlement. We wont take agreement from you to go in places where we plant to resettle.You can return from there if you dont want live. Do you want your generations to live here in idp camp forever?We need to build hospitals for your healthcare,schools for your education,police stations for your security in place where we plan to resettle you. It will be needed about $5000 to build an individual house.So we govt must build such houses for all families and we must pay for it if International Organizations dont participate. We happen to explain International Community about misunderstanding of our regimes that spread by instigating of some people out of country.They instigate and it feedback you and we happen to give explanation.So you must participate with govt.The most important thing is to be citizen. Name isnt as important as citizenship.In my opinion,I am not interested in ethnic.You can call me Burmese,Rakhinese,Bengali and anything you want.But I am interested in citizenship.Citizenship is very important and you can have the rights if you have been citizen. Such as,you can go freely.You can go foreign countries to work by passport. So please participate with govt to improve your future. Chief Minister of Arkan General Maung Maung Ohn said, I am Chief Minister of Rakhinese community and you in Arkan.We are planning resettlement and citizenship for you.I hope you will participate us The delegation left at 11:30 AM without discussing with audiences attended meeting saying that they have other appointment to discuss.
