Breaking News. CM Punk’s WWE contract is coming to an end this year and many rumors are suggesting that he is not willing to extend his contract with WWE after it get expires. If this happens, that would be a terrible thing for WWE. You see, the roster of does not much names like Punk, he is definitely one of the best of the roster right now. His outstanding mic skill and professional wrestling skill makes him worthy of his nickname ‘The Best in the World’. Many big names of WWE have already joined Total Nonstop Action, is CM Punk is next? Or is he taking his retirement from Wrestling? Or would he stay? We have to wait until he is out of his contract. CM Punk has definitely done a lot for the company. And honestly speaking, he is the real straight edge savior of WWE right now, not John Cena. A mature professional wrestling knows his commitment and how much he does for WWE. So if he seriously leaves, it would be dark time for the company, and I don’t see anybody who could replace him instantly in the roaster. He won Money in the bank match of WrestleMania 25 too and later cashed in the contract on Jeff Hardy. His feud against Jeff Hardy in 2009 was elected as the feud of the year by Wrestling Observing Newsletter. It was the feud which turned into a heel. After that he has various feuds with superstars like Undertaker, John Cena and some other wrestlers. He formed a team called the Straight Edge Society in 2009. He is the fourth longest running WWE champion of all time. Except the ECW title, World Heavyweight title and WWE title, he also became intercontinental champion and tag team champion. He had many honors as well. PWI ranked him 1 out of PWI 500 of 2012 and also they announced him wrestler of the year for two consecutive years, 2011 and 2012.
