On 8th August 2014 link bus bombarded Rwebisengo Town council to collect the youth of Ntoroko district who registered with Mujungu Development Forum for Polytechnic scholarships,The young ladies and gentlemen were destined to study short courses like Hair dressing, electric installation, journalism, Hotel management etc for two years:I did visit some of my relatives like Becky and Festus who were involved in this educative project, OBSERVATIONS 1) A scholarship is an award of financial aid for a student to further his or her education but these students were required to pay both registration fees and functional fees to commerce with studies, 2) A number of students have run back home and others still with their relatives in kampala cause they cld not afford the money or were unprepared since they told them it was free education.. 3) During this unpleasant period no leader, no concerned citizen reached them for assistance, some have half the fees need top up,some are lucking transport to board back home, some are living by faith and those whose parents were capable and had heart they have sacrificed to pay.. Empisi yowaanyu ekulya nekubumba seriously how can a leader fool parents to tht extent and damp their children in the city of kampala where some have never been cuz some wished if they were left in Fortportal..
