Breaking News: Jourdanton Police seize suspected drug money. Jourdanton Police stopped a vehicle earlier this evening and after a JPD K-9 alerted on the vehicle, several thousand dollars in currency was located along with other evidence consistant with illegal drug/currency transport. The cash was seized by Jourdanton Police and is subject to forfeiture under Texas law. Proceeds forfeited to law enforcement agencies in this manner are used to purchase equipment and training to further the mission of police officers and others tasked with keeping our cities and towns safe.
