Breaking news: New Yorks Court of Appeals ruled that New York municipalities have the right to keep fracking out of their borders. This is big news for the 170 towns towns in New York that have stood up against fracking, and sets a precedent for the communities in Colorado, Pennsylvania, Texas, Ohio and California that are also trying to fight the big fossil fuel corporations.
