Another one worth reading for my writer friends. I wrote professionally from 1978 through 2007, mostly under my own name, sometimes under pseudonyms (Don Johnson, Kerry Merritt, Calvin Dion, Enimtu Bemanyna), sometimes as a ghostwriter for CEOs, and sometimes writing white papers for corporations. I still write, but on my choice of topics under my name. And I write books under my own name.
