British fecking gas... hate hate hate.... so we moved, sept 2013.. 13 months ago... last bill paid in Nov 2013.....fast forward to Oct 2014...suddenly I have an e-mail saying we owe them over £500...we even get a call apparently its for 2 1/2 year period ..oddly for which we have paid all the bills for..but havent actually had a bill for this amount (the link takes me to the last bill at the new house).. I tell them to send me a bill...give them our new address and tell them not to send anything else to the forwarding address we gave when we moved....well just been told, via a letter sent to the forwarding address we told them not to send stuff too that our debt has been sold to a collection agency....A complaint via e-mail has been sent and one will be making a phone call tomorrow...
