Brits Fit Tip: How do you manage to workout so early everyday? There are a number of factors that go into AM workouts. 1. GO TO BED- I go to sleep NEVER later then 9. But typically 8:30. Take all of your electronics out of you room so they dont tempt you- and work on getting to sleep at a descent hour. In my house, weekends are for TV watching, If i turn it on during the week nights chances are its going to keep me up. As long as my daughter is in bed on time, so am I! 2. Set an alarm- and set it OUTSIDE (or across) your room! Mine as most of you know, sits on the kitchen counter which is right outside my bedroom, so I have to get up (in a hurry) and turn it off. 3. Once up, STAY UP. Dont you dare lay back down- not even for a second. 4. Have everything setup and ready to go the night before. I have my workout clothes, shoes, water bottle, and meal set up on my kitchen table. That way I dont make a lot of noise in my room or the kitchen- Because unfortunately if I do I will wake up both my husband and daughter. 5.Stick to it- Its no easy task at first- heck its never and EASY task. But its always worth it. And if you dont HAVE to workout in the morning- then dont. But if its the only consistent time that you can get away to exercise- then you HAVE TO find a way to do it. Consistency IS KEY!
