Brothers and sisters the management committee at Masjid Al Noor is delighted to announce that we have bought the property adjacent to the mosque (5 Ferndell st). The property is 6000 m2 and our intention is to establish a Muslim school there. The total price of the property is $4.5 mil that we will have to pay over a 2 year period. We are trying to avoid fundraising for this project and come up with other solutions. However, we do need $500,000 to pay the deposit. We are calling out for any brother, sister or organization who is willing to support us with a halal loan (qard Hasan) that we will pay back within 3 months only.
