Bryan is home! He came home yesterday and we are slowly trying to settle into a routine. Neither one of us could fully prepare for what life would be like once he was back home but were finding a way to get things done. Not gonna lie, its a tough road for us but well adapt and find a way to enjoy our new normal. Bryan has gained so much strength over the past few weeks and I am amazed by his strength and ability to maneuver his wheelchair. He has also regained strength and feeling in his hips and can wiggle the big toe on his right foot. Small milestones but so incredibly helpful and encouraging. He is doing so much for himself and I could never fully describe how proud I am of him. His attitude is good and hes a fighter. Hell start outpatient physical therapy next week and continue his recovery. Weve also moved to Ashland; Im now 5 minutes from the office and can stop home and have lunch with him! We appreciate all of the prayers and positive thoughts that have been directed our way; please continue to think of Bryan as he begins this portion of recovery!
