Buckingham Palace Dear Mr Gray 10th May 2013 The Queen has asked me to thank you for your recent letter, and to say that Her Majesty has taken careful note of the concern you express regarding the Australian Government. Perhaps i might explain, however, that this is not a matter for which the Queen would intervene. As a Constitutional Sovereign, Her Majesty acts through her personal representative, the Governor General, on Advice from Australian Ministers and it is to them that your appeal should be directed. You may also wish to contact your Local Member of Parliament who is your democratically elected representative in the Australian Parliament. Your Sincerely, Miss Jennie Vine Deputy to the Senior Correspondence Officer https://docs.google/file/d/0ByYYHCc28HdCYVdqVHcxRHZ2RGM/edit?usp=sharing This seems to have been stopped before it even got to the Queen. And if indeed the Queen has sighted this letter, the response is definitely not from her. Miss Jennie Vine has so cordially prepared a standard response. It is brief and blunt. Concerns regarding the "Australian Government" 1. Not matter for the Queen 2. Queen acts through Governor General 3. Governor General acts on Advice from Australian Ministers. 4. You may also wish to contact elected members of the Australian Parliament. Now lets look at this after our research. "Australian Government", there is no such thing. :-) 1. You are a CITIZEN and not a SUBJECT. This is clear after the Nationality and Citizenship Act of 1948 and abundently clear after the Australian Citizenship Act of 1973. 2. Queen acts through the Governor General. Quentin Bryce is the APPOINTED ADMINISTRATOR. This role was set in place during the Defence Act of 1917. Quentin Bryce manages the distinction between CITIZENS and SUBJECTS. 3. Acts on the Advice of Australian Ministers. Do the Ministers of the Australian Government have an ALLEGIANCE TO THE CROWN or are they CITIZENS. DO we have ANY legitimate MINISTERS. 4. You may also if you wish. In other words ITS A WASTE OF TIME. Contact elected member of the "Australian Parliament". Buckingham Palace know full well that it is the "Parliament of the Commonwealth" and not the Australian Parliament. This is the clue. Dont bother with the Parliament ITS A WASTE OF TIME. So, how do you get to the Governor General in the RIGHT CAPACITY. We know that the Queen has asked for her MINISTERS to discuss this with the Governor General, but the Governor General will refer you back to your Parliamentary Members, WHY??? Have you woken up yet.
