On October 14th we actually visit the actual site where the European nations (i.e. First Continental Congress) convened and conspired to strip our ancestors of their nationality and divine creed, and we stand in manifest destiny of the plan of the Almighty God-Allah, Who sent a Prophet in the person of Noble Drew Ali, who restored everything that had been stripped from in 1774. We also visit the place where our Moorish flag (Cherry Tree) was once kept in a vault, as well as the Liberty Bell. In 2005 October 14th was recognized by this government (City of Philadelphia) officially as Moorish American Remembrance Day, and we received a city proclamation to that effect. In 2004 we received a Tribute from the city of Philadelphia, presented by the office of the Mayor (Honorable John F. Street), acknowledging October 14th -October 20th as Moorish American Memorial Week.
