Meanwhile , deputy commander of the Republican Guard Col. Isaac Zaida announced his presidency, raising fears of fighting the followers of the two men and the destruction of what remains of the capabilities of the poor people . Compaore state of stability and improvement of the economic of the country during the last twenty years of his reign, did not intercede to him and the poor income distribution remained in a rich country with natural wealth and the vast majority of its citizens, numbering about 17 million (60% of whom are Muslims) living under poverty line
