Job Title:Business Analyst, INDIA –Trivandrum Vacancy – Immediate Experience-3 to 5 years Closing date-09/09/13 Location:Technopark,Trivandrum Job Description: •Provide Business Analysis expertise for new business opportunities within existing client solutions or in response to new client pitches; such as contributing content to proposals, performing initial scope definition and undertaking enterprise analysis to understand the client, as well as being part of (and leading) meetings with client stakeholders. •Work with the Client Directors and Technical Consultants to identify the structure and breadth of the project requirements elicitation process by understanding the solution scope and deliverables. •Work with the Project Manager to plan and manage the requirements elicitation process. •Own and undertake the requirements elicitation activities such as interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops and client/supplier visits in line with the processes and procedures employed by Senzit. •Work with the Project Team to critically evaluate the information gathered during the requirements elicitation process and ensure compliance with the project objectives and scope or the recommendation of changes to the solution based on the detailed requirements unearthed. •Proactively communicate requirements with external and internal customers through the delivery of high quality documentation (such as business requirement documents (BRD), use cases, functional specifications and data mapping documents) and formal and informal presentations. •Own the requirements documentation (BRD, use cases, functional specifications, data maps) throughout the lifecycle of the project and ensure these are maintained in response to changes in line with Senzit change control procedures. •Work with the Client Directors, Technical Consultants, Developers, Test Team and Client to validate that the designed solution successfully meets the agreed requirements to the full satisfaction of the client. •Act as the bridge between the customer community and software development team by working collaboratively and communicating effectively at all levels. •Professionally represent Senzit and develop relationships with the client base to support the identification and exploitation of new business opportunities, including pro-actively identifying potential solutions to the client requirements and providing high level consultancy expertise based on the Senzit product portfolio. •Comply with Senzit’s business procedures and Data Protection Act commitments and proactively identify issues that are encountered. •Provide input into the ongoing development of the Senzit Business Analysis function.
