Business tip: You should develop a purpose, mission and vision statement! Its the declaration of what you are focused on achieving. The mission should hint on who your market target is and why and what you wish to assist with. The purpose should state your claim and vow and your vision statement should reinforce the outcome of your purpose. These statements must link with the programs, products or services that your business represents. If these are off, inconsistent or dont tie into what your company brand represents you need to reevaluate the statements until they do. Remember you are building an empire. Your mission, vision and purpose statements are the foundation.
