By Comparison... Mainland Chinas income or revenue from tourism in 2013 is $50 BILLION DOLLARS...not including the income of Macau and Hong Kong, which is under Chinas Special Administrative Region... Now according to the Department of Tourism, as per Official Record, our income or revenue from tourism for 2013 is $4.4 BILLION DOLLARS... looks good, but we are lagging behind by a hundred mile comparison... The goal of the DOT is 6 Million Tourists Arrivals for 2014, 8 million Tourist Arrivals for 2015 and 10 million Tourist Arrivals for 2016... This is achievable.... given the right formula for aggressive and Guerilla marketing strategy....
