By February 2012, I was able to tell that if there are women who lacked substance and quality leadership in Malawi, among them should be JB. When ladies were stripped naked by vendors in town, her comment over the issue (while she was VP) went like: The root of these savagerly acts was frustration over current economic problems. Were the victimized women and girls not part of the suffering? Is everyone sufferign even now justified to go around and vent their anger over everyone else? Lack of sound speech is almost always equal alck of quality leadership.
