By Serhan; I will write a long feedback for Fighter Diet with photos and all, just waiting for the end result I want, I am close now. But Ill tell you this much; I was almost 120 kg, I am 106.4 as of today. I could hardly run 100 meters before I started this, I ran Melbourne half marathon last year. Thats 21 km. And while I couldnt do 12 reps of dumbbell curl with 10 kg, I can do barbell curl with 40 kg now, and strange as it seems, as an easy gainer male, I didnt get bulkier, in fact my waistline dropped from size 107 to 98, though my body is more masculine and I started to see muscle definition which is quite visible compared to my once bulky appearance. Of course Fighter Diet is no miracle pill, she wont sell you lies, you will have to develop self discipline and devotion to what you are doing. And most importantly Fighter diet is an idea. Its an open end method where once you grasped the concept, you can swap foods and introduce new ones as long as they fall into the right category. Its much like her training programs, they just show you the door, you are the one who will walk through it and expand your knowledge by keeping your workouts dynamic and introducing new programs once you learn what its about. Its not easy. Specially the food part because solid fact is that, most food we consume is just...full of crap...Excess sugar and all. Fighter Diet draws a very clear line there. Go for it and join her programs. And make no excuses; I did this while working full time in a heavy manual labor environment, they were laughing at my plain looking meals first, now I am laughing as I had my pictures everywhere collecting donation for the fundraising event as I ran Melbourne half marathon as a fundraiser for the kids suffering from brain cancer. Believe in yourself, be inspired and motivated, nothing can stop you then.. THANK YOU ❤️
