By going back to my original peaceful solution from 1861, and making a new offer on land in 2011, (and enough land to be a U.S. state, possibly), then offering a second deed to members of the African American community willing to discern and make the deal with me, I have offered a place that can be reserved to African Americans only, with a government and economy run by the choices of African Americans and only the veto of one Caucasian businessman (me), which makes a legal replica of the situation of 1776 white male Virginians that is available to the best African Americans instead of white males this time, opening the discussion of the legal rights of races to a place where, in my case, I do not owe for being a white male, African Americans are subject to the same responsibilities of full American citizenship as me, on the individual scale they choose, and the Republican Party cannot blame them for shirking personal responsibility or hiding from the free market.
