By this time of the day Tsholo was already about 5 hours born. She entered this world, this realm of form of the physical early hours of the 12th July 1992. I remember I was freezing as I didnt bring an extra blanket to the hospital. I didnt know that. At 16 I was the youngest mother in that ward. All eyes were on me, disapproving eyes, eyes of pity and also warm eyes from a particularly kind midwife who lent me a blanket. Today Tsholo turns 22, she qualifies as one of my best friends. I am convinced Tsholo and I are soul mates. I call her my village as she helps me raise her brothers Thebe and Tau. May you have fabulous birthday my sister.
