By tremendous fortune, and genetic accident - I was born in England. Unlike vast areas of the planet, I had a chance in life, and for that Im grateful. Im grateful to be part of a tiny nation that has contributed well above its weight to science, industry and the arts. Were world leaders, innovators and trend setters. At times were imperialist opportunists, invaders and empire builders. A huge amount of our wealth and success comes from the blood of weaker nations. Whats done is done, Im still grateful to be British. Its a wicked clan to be a part of!! :) HAPPY ST GEORGES DAY!!
