CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVES - Interface with customers to handle service inquiries, account issues, and customer complaints. Handle large volume of incoming phone calls. Perform general clerical duties. Requires at least 1 year call center experience, good customer service skills, and good verbal customer service skills with a good attitude. At least 1 year of data entry and computer operations experience. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and have experience with basic office skills (filing, processing change forms, good organizational skills). Must be a high school graduate or equivalent. West Houston location near the intersection of Beltway 8 and I-10 West. Bilingual Spanish a strong plus!! Must be available to work Saturdays!! $13/h.
