CALL FOR APPLICATIONS 2015 ERASMUS MUNDUS MOBILITY WITH ASIA (EMMAsia) program. The EMMAsia project is fully sponsored by the Erasmus Mundus Programme of the European Commission through the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA). The Programme aims to develop cooperation between Asian and European higher education institutions through the exchange of students and staff. The exchanges will hopefully contribute in enriching the educational environment of both the Asian and European universities. In the last four years, about 120 students and staff from the Philippines have been awarded EMMAsia grants under previous projects. The grants cover round trip airfare; monthly stipend and health, travel and accident insurance. In the current EMMAsia project, the Philippines can send students/faculty to any of the European partner universities listed below under the following grants. For Ateneo de Manila only: Undergraduate: U6 (6 months) , U10 (10 months) Master: M6 (6 months) For the Philippines: Undergrad: U10 (10 months) for TG3* Master: M11 (11 months), M11 (11 months) for TG3* Doctorate: D18 (18 months) Postdoc: P6 (6 months) *TG3 are applicants in vulnerable situations. They have a refugee status or are asylum beneficiaries, objects of unjustified expulsion, or belonging to a population targeted by a specific national policy. European partner universities: 1. Université de Nice-Sophia Antipolis (France) 2. Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus–Senftenberg(Germany) 3. Lucian Blaga University Sibiu (Romania) 4 .The Second University of Naples (Italy) 5. University of Warsaw (Poland) 6. University of Evora (Portugal) 7. Delft University of Technology (The Netherlands) To be qualified, one - must have Philippine citizenship, - must be registered in an Undergraduate or Masters program in the Philippines, - must have not resided in Europe for more than 12 months in the last 5 years - (preferably) a junior by August 2015 for U6 and U10 applicants - (preferably) is in the thesis writing stage by August 2015 for M6 or M11 applicants All applications will be done online from Oct 1 to Nov 15, 2014.
