CALL THAT SHOULD NOT BE MISSED OR GO UNANSWERED! Sallaam Alaykum Warahmatulah Wabarakatuhu. Among the marvels of modern technology is also the ability to track the missed calls which were made by our friends, foes and the likes. We do not get a good nights sleep, unless we have returned the calls of those who matter. We dont let any call/missed call go unanswered as long as we know that it matters or important. Dont we? But how about the calls of “HAY-YAA AL-AS-SALAAH AND HAY-YAA AL-AL FALAH made from the neighborhood house of our MASTER, the Almighty ALLAH (SWT)? Those calls are made five times a day and many a times they all go unanswered. We do not respond!!! Nor do we respect these missed calls. Do they really matter? Everybody will tell, if these calls really matter. It may perhaps not today nor tomorrow, but surely in the hereafter. Let us look within ourselves, can we afford to let these calls of the Muazzin (the person who calls for prayer) be missed, day after day, after day? This is the call from our CHERISHER, SUSTAINER and THE ULTIMATE GRAND MASTER. Just think about it. Next time when one hears these calls, just ask yourself how good a nights sleep could be that I have, by missing those calls from the house of ALLAH. Think about it....the answer may come from the inner heart.
