#Infosys CEO Vishal Sikka: Indians dont speak up, just follow orders: Unfortunately this is true, but there is a positive respect when subordinate says YES without any research or thought, they take as a challenge and they do it. Yes I accept that time duration is more to execute such jobs. If this has to change, then all the CEO , VP, Head of Countries, Directors, Executive Directors will have to change their mindset and bring such culture and allowed independent to take any support without any ego to save the time
