CCS PARENTS: I need everyones help in getting the word out about Alpha Best. They have taken over our before and after school program and hired our former RBA employees. Those workers do not work for our school anymore. All children must be picked up no later than 30 minutes after their last class ends. All children must be off campus as follows unless you have registered them in Alpha Best or they are registered in cheer leading: 3:25 pm for Kindergarten 3:40 for 1st grade and 2nd grade 3:50 pm for 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade 4:00 pm for Middle School grades 6, 7, and 8.. All parents need a couple of plans to ensure their childs pickup happens. The easiest backup plan is to register your child in Alpha Best. If you do not need the service normally, you can go on line, register your child, click on purchase a punch pass for $55.00 and you will have 5 days in the event of any emergency. That way your child can go to Alpha Best For the last three days, Mrs. Fisher, Myself, and a 1st grade teacher had to wait at the school until 4:30 and 5:00 pm with children not picked up. Please have a plan and a back up plan. We love your children, but we cannot stay late everyday. Thank you. Mr. Smith .
