CEMAC AFRICA: THE ACTUAL FREE AT 1 JANUARY 2014 NATIONALS OF SIX - TopicsExpress

CEMAC AFRICA: THE ACTUAL FREE AT 1 JANUARY 2014 NATIONALS OF SIX COUNTRIES IN THE CEMAC ZONE CAN MOVE FROM ONE STATE TO ANOTHER IN JANUARY OF NEXT YEAR. After the free movement of goods, it is now the free movement of persons within the Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa (CEMAC). From January 2014, the population of the nationalities of the six countries that make up the CEMAC zone can go from one state to another as simply presenting a valid ID (passport or national identity card). It is annotated that this procedure is only valid for a period of 3 months. If the citizen of a country wants to stay longer than 3 months in a country of this area, it must apply for a permit. This is actually the substance of the Extraordinary Meeting of Heads of State of Central Africa which was held June 14, 2013 in Libreville. This has put the principle of community identity in the CEMAC zone. So ended visas in Central Africa for periods of 3 months. The only downside to this new logic, Gabon and Equatorial Guinean citizens do not seem happy, if one takes into account various reactions collected. Gabon and Guinea fear an invasion of their country. Fear not necessarily justified insofar as the visitor does not exceed three months without a visa. BUT TRUE TO ANOTHER EXTEND, FOREIGNERS WILL WIN NATIONALITIES OF ANY MEMBER STATE AND USE IT AS A MEAN TO TOPPLE THE GOVERNMENT. GOD HELP AFRICA
