CERTIFICATES ORDER IRRELEVANT, ADDRESS SECURITY MATTERS AND CREATE JOBS --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Lately, there has been tonnes of heat turned toward the school heads who retain leavers certs due to fees arrears. I dont know about you, but this is a non-issue to merit directive from the President, Dep. President, CS Education Ministry, plus God knows who next. Itd be correct mistake to believe that the young men n women have opportunities escaping them because they do not have their certs. If Ruto and company were to argue that these young folks cannot enter the imagined job market due to absence of certs, Id be worried just as much. We have high-school graduands who have proceeded to get written authentic documents from their schools (while waiting to clear arrears) and enrolled into other programs or gotten jobs. These young men and women are desperate for jobs and a better economy, not just mere certs to nowhere. Ruto and crew MUST focus their energies into creating a better economy with better jobs, and not bailing out schools because parents have no paying power. That is a handout economy. If parents are empowered, they shall pay without fail; they need no handouts and enslaving environment. thx
