CIA & DoD OPERATIVES CONSTANTLY HARASSING & ATTACKING AMERICAN WHISTLE BLOWER IN CHURCH IN EVERY COUNTRY I GO TO VISIT WHICH IS A FELONY AS THEY ARE INFRINGING ON MY FREEDOM OF WORSHIP One of the tactics of the CIA/DoD operatives is to isolate the targeted individual from all support networks, So, they engage in a SMEAR CAMPAIGN OF LIES AND HALF TRUTHS to turn everyone away from the targeted individual and make people want to help them harass and attack the target. The CIA & DoD operatives have to do this because if they dont and it turns out that people want to get involved and help the target then that could throw variables into what they are trying to accomplish. This is just an example of such tactics they have used in every country and every city I have visited and took place in downtown San Diego, CA in 2013/2014. For them to REPEATEDLY harass me and attack me in Church is a felony they could go to prison for and they know it. At the very least it would blow open all they are doing because the courts would demand a release of all records because if they repeatedly do thing like thisit becomes aggravated and that is a crime and a civil offense, not just a civil offense: Title 18, U.S.C., Section 248(2) The use of force or threat of force or physical obstruction to intentionally injure, intimidate, or interfere with or attempt to injure, intimidate, or interfere with any person lawfully exercising or seeking to exercise the First Amendment right of religious freedom at a place of religious worship; THIS IS HARASSMENT & INTIMIDATION OF A WITNESS AND PLAINTIFF IN A FEDERAL LAWSUIT AND THEY COULD GO TO PRISON FOR WHAT THEY HAVE DONE. IT IS ALSO TAMPERING WITH A WITNESS AND RETALIATION AGAINST A WITNESS AND VICTIM. IT IS ALSO OBSTRUCTION BY VIOLENCE BECAUSE THEY HAVE ASSUALTED AND BATTERED ME AND MADE SERIOUS THREATS OF VIOLENCE AGAINST ME SERIOUS FELONIES IN AMERICA. NOT MINOR.
