CLARIFICATION : On Enrollment. Stewart Pike, Irene Cuch, Ronald Wopsock and Tony Small tried to push Open Enrollment without the peoples wishes and without following the proper process. The Membership petitioned to stop this illegal process and the Council took it under consideration and the results are as follows: 1-The Business Committee approved res.14-212. Which entailed a) Hiring of Mr.Parris to conduct a assessment of enrolled members to see if they meet the requirements. b) Assess how the proposed amendments would impact the tribe. The resolution further states: The Business Committee rescinded the previous decision to call a Secretarial Election on the proposed amendments and withdraw the April 22, 2013, request to the BIA for a Secretarial Election. But, Mr. Stewart Pike add a clause which would bring back to the Business Committee for further consideration of the proposed amendments. This states: The Business Committee commits to re-evaluate this matter upon completion of the review and evaluation provided herein. In a separate clause he added The Business Committee acknowledges the memberships right to move forward with the April 22, 2013 Proposed Amendments. I dont recall the memberships wanting to move forward with the proposed amendments. They petitioned to stop this illegal act. Ronald Wopsock and Stewart Pike were present at the approval of res. 14-212 but declined to vote. They preferred to be marked Absent . The vote on the resolution read 4 For and 2 Absent Stewart Pike and Ronald Wopsock. Mr. Stewart Pike stated on record I will not approve this resolution without the added clauses. But he still did not vote. When will these individuals give up ? This shows how sneaky and conniving Mr. Stewart Pike and he will not stop until he has his way. The assessment of the impact on the tribe is now moving forward. No other action has been done. Mr. Stewart Pike needs to be removed IMMEDIATELY !!!!
