CLASS DAY REGATTA- 30 NOVEMBER!!! As part of the annual Class Day Regatta on Saturday, November 30, former longtime crew coach Bill Lamb 79 will be honored with the christening of the William A Lamb III ’79 Varsity 8 racing shell. The Prep rowing legacy continues as seven Prep alumni represented the United States in world championships this past summer. Mike Gennaro’07, Bob Duff ’06, Shane Madden ’98, Matt O’Donoghue ‘10, John Ghaul ’13 and coaches Chris McElroy ’84 and Colin Farrell ’01 have been added to the Prep Rowing Honor Board and will be recognized during the Class Day event. Class Day competition will pit our alumni versus current Prep rowers. All alumni are encouraged to participate in this 500 meter race. The winners of the event will receive mugs and be awarded the Vince Dougherty ’48 trophy. Prep Class Day T-shirts will be given to all who compete.
